Hi Everyone! Posted by shallottedce on Oct 16, 2008
The category was Introduce Yourself, so I thought I would.

Our church just started using puppets on a regular basis (so far, at least!) and I'm hoping a real puppet ministry will evolve out of it.  I'm more puppet maker than puppeteer, but have a good amount of experience at both.  I started building puppets in college (you can tell from the photo how long ago that was!) and had a puppet ministry that I gave most of my creations to.  Looking to improve my skills with new techniques and materials, and also hoping to find choreography for some of the black light videos I've seen on YouTube.  The puppet team I traveled with a few years back did black light, but what those teams do with just gloves is amazing and looks like lots of fun!

Thanks for having me!
