Cool puppet, with fun motion on the video. And the ragtime/silent film music was lots of fun!

I especially like making puppets out of stuffed animals because there is not much sewing required!  THANKS for sharing!  I liked the fingers in the tentacles too!!

I like the fingers too... to be honest, I was making it up as I went, and didn't even think about using the tentacles until I had removed the stuffing from the bottom of the toy; same with the mouth!

It's fun to just see what happens when you're building!

I like this idea.  My best friend and I made a bunch of repurposed toy puppets for kids for Christmas.  Easy and fun!
