Yes! I do think is that type of foam. Details are also made with these, and some are painted..thanks for your comment Shawn.!

they are porexpan/polyestiren¿? balls recoverd with this type of foam and glued with hot glue..

ahhh, I was wondering the same ,Shawn. cristina1984, do you have to heat the foam to get it to stretch? (necesitas calientar la espuma para que se estira bien en la forma esferico?) The policewoman's costume is really great.
