This a puppet project that they are trying to get off the ground. Looks like some amazeing puppetry history here. They are trying to raise money for the project and you can learn more about that and the project itself here: http://www.indiegogo.com/Atticfullofpuppets

Re: Puppetry may not be appropriate for ages 2 and under Posted in Puppetry may not be appropriate for ages 2 and under on Jul 22, 2011
I personally disagree with the idea that puppetry is not for those under 2 years of age. If they think that a puppet is real then they are going to think other inanimate objects like their teddy bear is real.  It is part of growing up. Most child development experts feel this fantasy or imaginary world is important.

Really nice scroll saw work Donald! I don't think I have ever seen portraits done with a scroll saw. Very creative.

That is a shame to hear. It really is a great set up. I could see it as a tree house though. You could cover it in the straw mats you get at stores like Pier One... are those still around?

Re: Need help with molding Posted in Need help with molding on Jun 29, 2011
There is easy quick mold products you can get at the hobby store. The one I've used before is a powder you mix with water and then it sets up and you have a flexible mold you can pore something else in like plaster. You could look and see if you could find that. Not really too expensive.

You could also try simply modeling one your self with something like sculpy. Might not be a perfect match but I bet you could get close.

The only other thing I can think of is to repair with a new set of eyes that are close. Of find one that is close and then use it even if it is a bit off. It might add some character if your friend had slightly mismatched eyes.

I don't think it is available as a download.  I think though that in the past that folks have contacted Grey Seal and made arrangements of some type. http://www.greysealpuppets.com/Contact.html
