O'Christmas Tree is my favorite by far. Did you do the costume or did you buy it from a petshop or something. I dont know if I saw right, but there seems to be two extra holes on the sides.

Re: What's on your wishlist? Posted in What's on your wishlist? on Sep 07, 2009
Oh boy, so much I  want... creative  paperclay, antron fleece and dye come to mind. As well as reticulated foam and puppet eyes would be quite handy. The list can be pretty long. But those would definitively top my wishlist.

Wow, I think that you did a pretty good job, especially with no pattern and a few tools laying around. For a first puppet, I find it pretty darn good! I LOVE his hair. Gives him such a personality. Great job!!!
Re: Interview with Ronnie Burkett Posted in Interview with Ronnie Burkett on Sep 03, 2009
I am sssssssssssssooooooooooooooooooooo jealouse!!!! You met Ronnie Burkett, lucky girl!!! I never met the guy, I never saw one of his show's, but I am a huge fan of his artistery and his puppets. I first discovered him 3 years ago when I decided to build puppets. I was eating up anything I could about puppets. And while doing a research on puppetry in Canada, I of course found out about Ronnie Burkett. So now, each time I see his name somewhere, It peek's my interrest alot. Yes, I too fall to jelly about Jim Henson's work, but I also fall to Jelly over Ronnie's work.

Ok, I will stop now. I have to go get the mop cuz I druled all over my floor. LOL Thanks again Na for this precious gift you have given us all. Puppet hug!!!

Hi Tim, Billy is right, we do our best to survive. In my casse, I just do alot more comission work than before. And I end up working more than I usually, but I dont mind since I am working in my dream job. But it is hard, I admit. So I just try to see the positive side in everything.
