So cool to see the process you went through for Ballenwood Manor. I had seen some pics of the end result over at FB but love seeing what it took to get there!
Glad to have your back!

Sounds to me like you folks have got this one figured out. Just a quick note... with new products there are often prototypes. I see you kind of figured this out with your dragon puppet. You built one then went back and thought of things you could do the next time to clean up the inside.

I just wanted to expand on what Krafty Karacters said. While I am in the US the city I live in has a wholesaler that sells to the upholstery and mattress industry. Luckily they are willing to sell to individuals also. So look in your area for companies that upholster furniture and see if they can give you their source for foam. It may be you have something local. Don't be afraid to tell them what you want it for. Often companies like this even if they do not normally sell to the public will make and exception once they find out what you do. The owner of the company in my city happens to love anything connected to theater so is willing to sell smaller orders to those involved in it.

Looks like you have a good start. I do agree with the others though that you may need to increase your goal amount although it looks like maybe you have already done that. Not sure about your $5.00 perk. The fact that you don't have the website up and running already so they can see it may put some folks off. I don't mean this personally since I know you are responsible and follow through but most folks don't know you like we do. I feel this may give the impression that you are promising something that may not happen. Not sure about the celebrity photo op for your $200 donation. It is one thing for a celebrity to allow you to take a quick shot with you but to set up a professional shot there may be some contractual issues.
Man I feel like a nay sayer. Don't mean to dampen the mood but wanted to give you my honest impression.

Speaking of UV glow... On the Creature Shop Challenge they mentioned that to keep something from reacting to UV light (a rod or cover for puppeteer) they used sun block sprayed on it. Makes sense really.

Yea throw a couple small hunks of black or white felt in there. I am a big fan of felt.

Great puppets! When I first viewed the thumbnails in the page I thought Spock and McCoy had head sets on. Then realized it was the tree in the background once I enlarged. Wait a min... that can't be McCoy, he is in the wrong color shirt. It would have to be Sulu or Chekov. Either that are we are dealing with the Kirk and that other guy they had in the very first episode.
